We are thrilled to announce that Promoting First Relationships® (PFR) Home Visiting has been rated Well-Supported by the Title IV-E Prevention Services Clearinghouse — the highest rating available.
This milestone means states can now select PFR Home Visiting for Title IV-E federal funding to serve families with children birth to age five, without the need for additional evaluation. This opens a powerful new pathway for communities to adopt an evidence-based home visiting program proven to strengthen early parent-child relationships and prevent entry into foster care.
PFR Home Visiting is also eligible for federal funding through the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program, giving states and communities even more flexibility in how they support families.
We are incredibly proud of this recognition, which reflects years of rigorous research and the dedication of PFR practitioners and families across the country.
